My name is Justin Moran, I am a Functional Patterns Human Biomechanics Specialist. I’ve been improving the health and wellbeing of my clients since 2016.
My aim is to provide an excellent service and bring more dynamism into my sessions and improve my clients health.
I use the Functional Patterns Training System, this method prioritises the human blueprint for movement. By optimising movements we can change posture and live pain free.

Why assessment is important?

The assessment helps us as a professional assess the needs of each client and to identify possible problems resulting from their lifestyle. 

The client will receive personalised treatment based on the assessment. Based on the assessment the professional will focus on the area of improvement, resulting in better results, lower risk of injury leading to improved posture.

The bulk options are based on a 4 week term and sessions used within that timeline to guarantee slot available.

Assessment - 90 Mins

Posture pictures and gait analysis taken to gather information in order to find the root cause of the problem to begin finding the right correctives specific to the issue.
Extra time allows to start the correctives in the first session.

Assessment - 60 Mins

Posture pictures and gait analysis taken to gather information in order to find the root cause of the problem to begin finding the right correctives specific to the issue.

Session - Hourly

One hour session to work on the improvement that need to be made to achieve a pain free life.

Session - 30 minutes

Justin is The Best!! We meet online and my chronic lower back pain (of over 5 years) lost its chronic status and is no longer extreme or intense. It's actually hanging on by a thread! After every session with Justin, not only do I feel stronger, but my back does not hurt. Every program I have done before finding him, including yoga, and stretching, has left me in agony. Pain is not gain! I love how he checks in with me to make sure I'm not hurting, and he knows exactly what small moves to make to change the resistance or to stop stress. Visited Functional Patterns Dublin for a leg injury a few months back and connected with Justin and the team. What started as a simple leg fix turned into a revelation about my overall posture. I’ve been attending Justin’s classes for the past 10 months and I can’t recommend him as a FP practitioner, or his classes, highly enough. I travel a good distance to get there each week, but it’s more than worth it. Justin is super knowledgeable, a fantastic teacher and his passion for functional movement is obvious in every single class he runs. His classes are always a physical and a mental challenge, which I love, and it never ceases to amaze me how the simplest looking movement when taught by Justin, has the potential to work nearly every single muscle in my body at one time. Building strength, while learning to move more efficiently and with ease, while improving posture and reducing long-term aches and pains - it’s the most rewarding thing ever! I have scoliosis so I’m a challenging case, but I feel I’m in expert hands. He has helped me to understand my body better, how it moves and how to improve the curve of my spine. So if you’re considering starting Functional Patterns with Justin or of joining one of his classes, I wouldn’t hesitate a minute longer. You won’t regret it!

I've been working for the last 5 years with the guys at FP Dublin and its the best decision I ever made. Obviously you have to put in the work. But it's worth it, it helped me rid of back pain, hip pain, and my knee pain is almost completely gone. Plus they're good fun ! Totally recommend
